If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date -- no questions asked. We believe in the quality of our content, and if it does not meet your expectations, you should not have to pay for it.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The purchase must have been made directly through safeaiacademy.com using our standard checkout process.
- Refunds are limited to one per course per user. If you purchase the same course again after receiving a refund, that subsequent purchase is not eligible for an additional refund.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:

We review your request
Our team will verify your purchase and confirm eligibility. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Receive your refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Free courses: There is no charge, so no refund is applicable.
- Purchases older than 30 days: Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day guarantee window.
- Enterprise or team licenses: These are subject to separate terms outlined in the enterprise agreement. Please contact enterprise@safeaiacademy.com for details.
- Repeat refund requests: If you have already received a refund for a course and repurchase the same course, the second purchase is not eligible.
- Accounts terminated for violations: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, refunds are not available.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your enrollment in the refunded course will be revoked, and you will lose access to the course materials.
- Any progress, bookmarks, or completion certificates associated with the course will be removed.
- Your account remains active, and you retain access to any other courses you are enrolled in.
